Main Venue： Echizen City Cultural Center / Echizen City Labor’s Welfare Center
Course Descriptions： Lectures by faculties, open composition lessons, listening sessions, discussions, lectures on instruments, open rehearsals, concerts etc.

Fees：Full period 40,000 yen （This charge includes composition lessons and a concert passport）
One Day 5,000 yen （This charge includes a concert pass on the day.
A composition lesson will be given for additional fee of 10,000 yen.）
※ For foreign students, please pay special attention to the COVID-19 guideline of the Immigration Services Agency of Japan, especially the situation of the denial of landing to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the requirement of certificates of testing for COVID-19.
※ Above fees don’t include meals, accommodation, and traveling expenses.

※ We offer a scholarship to discount the above fee. The detail is down below.

【Composition Workshop Scholarship】
We offer a scholarship for the 21st Takefu International Composition Workshop held between the 8th September to 11th September 2022 in Echizen city.
Scholarship students acquire a 10,000 yen discount of the fee (students need to pay other costs by themselves).
If you want to become a scholarship student, please read the following description about the qualification and send required materials to the office of the Takefu International Music Festival Board.
We will choose some scholarship students based on your materials.

21st Takefu International Composition Workshop Scholarship Qualification
◎Qualification
Open to composers of any nationality, age and career.
He/she must have a strong interest in learning composition.
He/she must attend the 21st Takefu International Composition Workshop for full period or at least 5 days.
◎Required Materials
Make entry by sending materials below.
- Workshop application form with required information.
2．1 – 3 pieces of your own composition. (2 copies for each if you send them in paper.)
3．Sound examples or rinks of above pieces. (For electronic music, sound examples are needed.)
◎Entry Deadline
The entry must be delivered to the festival office by the 29th July (Fri) 2022.
◎Announcement of Result
The screening will be held in the late of July and the result will be notified in order around August 8.
